According to Bloomberg, hydrogen industry is set to grow exponentially to exceed fossil fuels by 2050. Applications for liquid hydrogen will be widely available to power homes, road and rail transport, aviation industry, the shipping industry and all industrial applications.
Electrolysis is a leading hydrogen production pathway to achieve the goal of reducing the cost of clean hydrogen by 80% to $1 per 1 kilogram in 1 decade (“1 1 1”). Hydrogen produced at AGFDL via electrolysis will result in zero greenhouse gas emissions, as the source of electricity used is clean i.e. generated from flowing river water. The source of the required electricity including its cost and efficiency, as well as emissions resulting from electricity generation is clean.
AGFDL is setting and scaling itself to become a world leading producer and distributor of green hydrogen as opposed to the blue hydrogen currently available from processing methane gas that pollutes the environment at its production.
